À partir du concept de « multiple translatorship » proposé par Hanne Jansen et Anna Wegener (2013), il vise à mettre en lumière les dimensions collaboratives de ce projet de traduction. Après une description du dispositif et des évolutions entre le premier (2023) et le deuxième numéro (2025), ce texte examine les interactions entre les différents agents impliqués. Il retrace ensuite certaines des modalités concrètes de collaboration mises en œuvre en contexte pédagogique. Enfin, il présente les résultats d’un sondage effectué auprès des étudiant·es et enseignant·es afin de mesurer leur perception de cet aspect collaboratif et d’élaborer des pistes d’amélioration pour une troisième édition. Au croisement de la formation et de la professionnalisation, le p’TI Journal apparaît comme un dispositif fédérateur et réflexif qui renforce l’autonomie des étudiant·es et la coopération entre pairs. This article examines the collaborative dimensions inherent to Le p’TI Journal learning project, a magazine consisting of a collection of translations carried out exclusively by students from the Translation programme at the University of Liège (Belgium). Using the framework of “multiple translatorship,” a concept introduced by Hanne Jansen and Anna Wegener (2013), this text aims to describe this teaching initiative ‒ and its developments between the first and second issues ‒ and to analyse the interactions between the various agents involved in its production. It then sets out to detail some of the concrete forms of collaboration implemented in various translation classrooms. Finally, the findings of a survey conducted among both teachers and students are used to assess their perceptions of these collaborative aspects and to imagine possible developments for future issues. S’inscrivant volontiers dans ce mouvement, cette contribution explore les enjeux de l’IA dans la formation des experts linguistes de demain. Elle dresse d’abord un état des lieux de ces outils en traduction professionnelle. Partant de là, il s’agit de réfléchir aux rôles émergents que les diplômés de nos formations seront appelés à jouer et aux compétences à incorporer dans leur palette. L’article insiste sur l’importance des compétences permettant à l’humain de se positionner comme la pierre angulaire de la fourniture des services de traduction professionnelle. Il s’intéresse aux modalités pratiques que pourrait prendre l’intégration de ces technologies dans la formation initiale et continue aux métiers de la traduction et partage l’expérience d’une approche expérientielle et collaborative dans l’enseignement de ces outils. Language professions and translation in particular are on the front line in defining a reasoned and responsible approach to artificial intelligence technologies. As part of this movement, the present contribution explores the challenges of AI in the training of the language experts of tomorrow. It begins by taking stock of the current state of these tools in professional translation. From there, it considers the emerging roles that graduates of our training courses will be called upon to play, and the skills they will need to incorporate into their professional toolbox. The importance of consolidating human-specific skills as the cornerstone of professional translation service provision is emphasized. Finally, the authors look at the practical ways in which these technologies can be integrated into initial and continuing training for the translation professions, and share their experience of an experiential and collaborative approach to teaching these tools. Käännösalan ammattilaiset ovat etulinjassa määrittelemässä järkiperäistä ja vastuullista tapaa hyödyntää tekoälyteknologiaa käännösprosessissa. Tässä artikkelissa tarkastelemme ensin tämänhetkisiä tekoälytyökaluja ja niiden käyttöä ammattikääntämisessä. Tämän nykytilan kuvauksen pohjalta pohdimme, millaisia uusia rooleja käännösalan koulutusohjelmista valmistuvilta odotetaan ja millaisia keskeisiä osaamisalueita heidän on sisällytettävä ammatilliseen työkalupakkiinsa. Painotamme etenkin ihmiskeskeisten taitojen merkitystä käännös- ja kielipalveluiden laadun ja eettisyyden varmistamisessa. Ces entretiens s’inscrivent dans le cadre du projet européen LT-LiDER qui vise à moderniser l'enseignement des langues et de la traduction en mettant notamment l’accent sur la culture et la maîtrise des données (data literacy). En nous appuyant sur ces deux témoignages, nous tentons à la fois de rendre compte des changements en cours dans l’industrie des langues et de déterminer les besoins et les attentes du secteur en vue de l’actualisation des formations proposées aux futures générations de traductaires. In light of the challenges posed by the technological disruption in the language services industry, this article presents a report of two semi-structured interviews conducted with translation experts, Thierry Fontenelle (European Investment Bank) and Nicolas Froeliger (Université Paris Cité). The interviews form part of the European project LT-LiDER, which aims to modernise language and translation training programmes with a particular focus on data literacy. Drawing on these two testimonies, we aim to both account for the ongoing changes in the language industry and identify the needs and expectations of the market in order to update the training offered to future generations of translators. Angesichts der Herausforderungen, die der technologische Wandel im Bereich der Sprachdienstleistungen mit sich bringt, berichtet dieser Artikel über zwei halbdirektive Interviews mit den Übersetzungsexperten Thierry Fontenelle (Europäische Investitionsbank) und Nicolas Froeliger (Université Paris Cité). Diese Interviews wurden im Rahmen des europäischen Projekts LT-LiDER durchgeführt, dessen Ziel es ist, die Sprach- und Übersetzerausbildung zu modernisieren, wobei ein besonderer Schwerpunkt auf Data Literacy liegt.
