Chaque entrée de l’abécédaire vise à problématiser et à présenter la genèse du projet PIRAT et ses parties prenantes, son cadre et ses objectifs pédagogiques, l’environnement numérique en constante évolution auquel le projet cherche à adapter l’enseignement de la traduction, son ancrage théorique dans la pensée traductologique, sans oublier les enjeux du travail en équipe multilingue (son intérêt, ses apports, ses défis) mobilisant des personnels enseignants aux statuts différents, dont tous ne sont pas spécialisés en traductologie. This paper written as an ABC deals with PIRAT (Pédagogie Innovante et Recherche Appliquée en Traduction – Innovative Pedagogy and Applied Research in Translation), a project which officially started in January 2025 at Marie & Louis Pasteur University in Besançon. Each entry in the alphabet presents the issues at stake and the birth of the project, the participants in the PIRAT project, its pedagogical framework and objectives, the ever-changing digital environment to which it seeks to adapt, and its theoretical foundations in relation to translation studies. It also tackles the challenges of implementing a project as a multilingual team, including the interest of doing so, the team’s contributions, and the difficulties of involving teaching staff with different statuses, not all of whom are specialised in translation studies. Questo articolo, presentato sotto forma di sillabario, riguarda il progetto PIRAT (Pedagogia Innovativa e Ricerca Applicata in Traduzione), che ha ufficialmente avuto inizio nel gennaio 2025 al dipartimento LEA dell’Università Marie e Louis Pasteur di Besançon.
